Before you begin a remote support session- please call BEK and make an appointment with one of our techicians.
To get remote support, please click on the Icon to the right.
You will be directed to a website where you will see the following screen.
Please Click the drop down menu on "show My PC" and choose the java enabled version.
Run the program by pressing the "run" button.
Click the "show my pc now" button- you will be given a password. Please give that password to your technician to create a connection with your computer. Your technician will connect with your PC.
