Our technicians can work with you through a live interactive session to help solve a problem on your system.
To participate in a remote support session:
Option 1- Email Invitation
Note: BEK Recommends the Use of Internet Explorer as your browser when connecting with a BEK technician.
- Please contact our office at (207) 729-7600 to arrange for a live interactive session with one of our technicians.
- Once you are on the phone with the technician, our technician will send you an email assistance invitation.
- After clicking the link provided in the email invitation, you may have to click the bar at the top of your browser window that states "click Here for Options". Please select "Download File"

- Please enter your first name and click "login"

Option 2- Web Page Request
- Please contact our office at (207) 729-7600 to arrange for a live interactive session with one of our technicians.
- Once you are on the phone with the technician, our technician will ask you to click THIS LINK.

- Please click "request Help with Virtual Assist" at the bottom of the page.

- Follow Directions from Option 1 above.
