To participate in a remote support session:

Option 1- Email Invitation
Note: BEK Reccomends the Use of Internet Exporer as your browser when connecting with BEK's a bek technician.

  1. Please contact our office at (207) 729-7600 to arrange for a live interactive session with one of our technicians.
  2. Once you are on the phone with the technician, our technician will send you an email assistancee invitation.
  3. After clicking the link provided in the email invitation, you may have to click the bar at the top of your browser window that states "click Here for Options". Please select "Download File"
  4. You will need to click on "Run" twice. See Images Below

  5. Please enter your first name and click "login"

Option 2- Web Page Request

  1. Please contact our office at (207) 729-7600 to arrange for a live interactive session with one of our technicians.
  2. Once you are on the phone with the technician, our technician will ask you to click THIS LINK.
  3. You will be presented with the page below.

  4. Please click "request Help with Virtual Assist" at the bottom of the page.
  5. Please click on the "Virtual Assist Client Download for Windows" image.
  6. Follow Directions from Option 1 above.
