To participate in a remote support session:

Contact our office at 729-7600 to arrange for a live interactive session with one of our technicians.

Once you are on the phone with the technician, you will be asked to click on the image above.

You will need to click on "Run" twice and then you will be at the RDSClient page.

Enter your Support Number.

Check the box for "I agree to the terms and conditions:".

Click on Connect and away you go.
