Just like most businesses across the country, we implemented a work from home policy for all employees. In the meantime, we’ve taken steps to ensure our critical business processes continue to operate and our support team is standing by for any needs out customers may have. BEK’s commitment to supporting our partners and customers through this period of uncertainty is resolute.
In addition, we're continuously monitoring the performance of our Managed Technology Services. As many of our customers begin to implement remote working policies, educating and providing on-going support to ensure their access to business-critical data and to protect their business continuity is our business priority - and an area in which we have decades of experience.
Lastly, we made the decision to step back from many face-to-face and group events including conferences, trade shows, and training initiatives. Where possible, we are moving to digital-based experiences to maintain the level and quality of training and engagement our customers have come to expect from us.
